On the Occasion of the Return of Obiter Dictum

The original Obiter Dictum, which was wildly unpopular just about everywhere it was available, fell into disarray and disuse. Sadly, all of the information, arcana and anecdotes which were contained within it are now forever lost to the sands of time (and the Way Back Machine1). I am sure many are rejoicing over that news, and many more will be saddened to learn that I am resurrecting such a useless site. Symmetry is good, though, is it not?
